Giving continues to matter and I couldn’t be more proud of HTG staff who this year chose to do a food drive for a local food pantry and they did it with gusto! This took place at the end of a very busy 2014 yet so many still took the time to participate. Our hardworking Skyler took the lead and we managed to fill two massive bins much to the delight of recipient Gloria Kelsey of the Allen Temple Emergency Aid Center. At the risk of sounding cliche-ish this constant truism still stands the test of time. That is, no matter what troubles we are experiencing if we just stop and do something, no matter how little, for someone other than ourselves, perspective and outlook will improve and help us to change whatever we need to change in our own lives … for the better.
To our staff, customers and partners, here’s to new beginnings and a happy and prosperous start to 2015.
