Kermit B Macaulay, President/CEO

Kermit B Macaulay, President/CEO“Clients and partners routinely come to us with IT system conversion projects that seem logistically impossible in the time frame allotted them. Our ability to scale up to meet client deadlines across industries gives our customers and partners the peace of mind that comes with an initiative completed on time and on budget with minimal end user pain.”

That’s how Kermit describes HTG’s unique service offerings. In the 1980s, he pioneered a credit card business processing system for a major financial institution, earning him an Excellence in Action award from Apple Computer. Numerous projects of like scale soon followed. What he enjoys most about HTG is the team-family environment and can-do attitude of his employees.

Glenn Burton, VP & General Manager

Glenn has spent more than 25 years in the channel industry working for large VARs and smaller start-ups. His long term customer relationships span decades for a reason. Glenn’s ability to provide document-able cost savings through simplifying customer IT systems, while improving functionality is a welcome gift to our clients.

Glenn says, “What really makes HTG a great company to work for is our culture. We have a work hard, play hard attitude and total team approach. This sense of teamwork really shines through in crunch times. We look at the seemingly impossible jobs as doable with each and every member of our teams fully engaged. Our people embrace these challenges as a badge of honor. The HTG motto is ‘Bring it On’.  With over 700,000 systems deployed over the years, we’ve earned an excellent reputation for taking on jobs others can’t or won’t touch and completing them on-time, on-budget and at a level of accuracy that allows me to hold my head high. So, if you need help with a behemoth project and next to impossible parameters, bring it on.”
