Before It Ships
What we can do before it ships.
Before anything ships, we can receive and inspect it, capture serials, apply asset tags, image and configure devices, pair accessories and build kits by user or site. If a build needs a specific image, label format or accessory setup, send those requirements up front. Also include the image, credentials and access the configuration depends on.

Receiving, staging, kitting, storage and shipping all run out of our own warehouse. That’s why we can hold equipment until your install date instead of dropping it on your team early.
We can also split shipments by site, wave or user and hand your team the asset and shipment records.

Technology procurement is usually one part of a larger project. When the equipment is ready to ship, the next step depends on the job.
A multi-site installation usually moves into Technology Deployment, and a single onsite visit goes to Field Services, while server, storage and rack work inside a data center moves to Data Center Infrastructure. If the design isn’t settled yet, Integration & Engineering comes first, before anyone picks equipment. When the equipment you’re replacing has to be tracked, wiped or retired, Lifecycle Management and ITAD take it from there.
